LADIES LIFTING
A programme we are really proud of here at EWF Fit is Ladies Lifting. The typical gym environment can be overwhelming for anyone at the best of times, so we are very happy to be able to empower women with the knowledge and skills to feel confident lifting weights and gaining strength.
You can learn to lift weights safely with a community of lovely, welcoming women.
You will be taught by a female coach.
You don’t need to have any previous lifting experience we will teach you everything you need to know.
We also welcome experienced lifters who are just looking to fine-tune their technique or women that have weight trained before and just want to refresh their skills.

Why should women weight train?
Toned means you've got lean muscles and low body fat. The only way you can build muscles is with resistance training (like weight training)
Lifting weights doesn't make you big and bulky it makes you lean.
The more lean muscle you have the more calories you can eat and what could be better than that?
Feeling strong helps your body and your mind.
Aesthetic benefits, if you want a curvy, strong, perky figure you're going to have to squat and deadlift (unless you can afford implants!)
